Abbas Speaks to U.N. by Video After Second U.S. Visa Denial

Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas spoke to the U.N. General Assembly by prerecorded video from Ramallah after the U.S. refused entry visas to him and his Palestinian Authority delegation for a second year. The U.S. said they had not kept promises to pursue peace with Israel. Abbas said the refusal was unlawful and broke U.S. duties as U.N. host.
