Deacon Phillippe to make feature-film debut at Nashville Film Festival

Deacon Phillippe will make his feature acting debut in Jesse Behrenwald's “Brother Save Us,” Variety reported Sept. 24. The film has its world premiere Sept. 26 at the Nashville Film Festival, per the same report. Phillippe, son of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe, plays a farmer protecting his younger brother, played by Thomas Murphy Molony.
