Spain's Princess Leonor, 20, Begins Political Science Degree in Madrid

Princess Leonor, 20 and first in line to Spain's throne, began a political science degree at Carlos III University in Madrid on Sept. 7, 2026. The elder daughter of King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia, she started classes at the school's Getafe campus. The king and queen announced the degree plan in April.
