UK Court Extends Ban on Ex-SAS Soldier's Book

On 24 September 2026, the UK High Court extended an injunction (a blocking order) stopping former SAS soldier Christian Craighead publishing a book on a UK counter-terrorism operation until the government's case ends. The Ministry of Defence alleges he breached a confidentiality contract requiring prior written approval. Mr Justice Saini found overwhelming case for restraint. Craighead was absent and unrepresented.
