UK High Court Extends Publishing Ban on Ex-SAS Soldier's Book

On 24 September 2026, the UK High Court extended an injunction barring former SAS soldier Christian Craighead from publishing a book about a UK counter-terrorism operation until the government's case concludes. The Ministry of Defence alleges breach of confidentiality contract requiring prior written approval. Mr Justice Saini found an overwhelming case for restraint.
