Whistleblower says ministry stopped notes at te reo Māori hui

A whistleblower says an Education Ministry manager told staff to stop taking notes at a hui (meeting) of about 60 teachers discussing te reo Māori. The manager called it out of scope and did not want criticism in notes that could be released under the Official Information Act, RNZ reported. Attendees wanted a better te reo curriculum.
