Miliband briefed foreign ministers on suppressed UK climate-security assessment

UK Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband presented findings from a suppressed Joint Intelligence Committee assessment on climate and ecosystem collapse to EU, Kenyan and other foreign ministers at a private meeting during the UN General Assembly in New York. The report was suppressed by Downing Street last October; a redacted version was issued in January under the Freedom of Information Act.
