Britain's top diplomat shared blocked climate report with other nations

Britain's top diplomat Ed Miliband shared a blocked Joint Intelligence Committee report on climate and nature breakdown with EU, Kenyan and other foreign ministers at a private UN General Assembly meeting in New York. The prime minister's office blocked it last October; a censored version was released in January under the Freedom of Information Act, the public-records law.
