Five countries to block 317 music piracy sites on 23 September

Music Business Worldwide reported internet providers in Peru, Paraguay, Brazil, the Dominican Republic and Ecuador will block 317 music piracy sites on 23 September under Operation Lumen, led by Peru's intellectual property authority INDECOPI. The targets averaged 15 million visits a month and reached 5.4 million unique visitors.
