Zelenskyy Offers Energy Truce After Trump Meeting

Ukraine is ready to stop hitting Russian energy sites if Russia stops hitting Ukrainian power, heat and water, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said after meeting Donald Trump for 40 minutes in New York on Sept. 22. He called the talks positive and productive. They did not discuss Ukraine ending oil strikes on its own.
