Ukraine Suggests Both Sides Stop Attacking Power Supplies

Ukraine's leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Ukraine will stop striking Russia's power and oil sites if Russia stops striking Ukraine's electricity, heat and water. He spoke after a 40-minute meeting with Donald Trump in New York on Sept. 22, which he called positive and productive. Ending oil attacks alone was not discussed.
