Apple narrows texture, grain controls to iPhone 18 Pro and Duo shots

Apple has limited its new texture and grain settings — detail adjustments within Photographic Styles, its preset photo looks — to images shot on iPhone 18 Pro models or the Ultra Wide, Main, and Center Stage cameras on iPhone Duo. Updated wording reported Sept. 22 narrows Apple's Sept. 11 statement, which had suggested broader iOS 27 support.
