StubHub CEO ticket-fund lawsuit sent to private arbitration

Judge Jed S. Rakoff ruled Sept. 21 that claims against StubHub and chief executive Eric Baker must go to private individual arbitration, blocking a class action. Plaintiff Louis Sanquini alleged he would not have used StubHub for KISS tickets had he known Baker operated broker fund Andro Capital. The order made no findings on the allegations.
