Paramount Skydance targets October close for $110 billion Warner deal

Paramount Skydance is pushing to close its $110 billion purchase of Warner Bros. Discovery, including CNN and HBO, in October, Reuters reported 22 September. The timetable follows settlement with California and 11 other states that sued to block the deal. Warner Bros. Discovery shareholders cleared the transfer in April.
