Panettiere cause of death confirmed as combined drug toxicity

Variety reported on 22 September that Hayden Panettiere, 36, died from combined toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, Alprazolam, Methocarbamol and Quetiapine, as confirmed by the Greenville County Coroner's Office. She died on 16 August in Greenville, South Carolina. Alprazolam is known as Xanax; 4-ANPP is used to illegally make fentanyl.
