Capital Theatre delays 620-seat Westfield opening to 2027 over planning

London's 620-seat Capital Theatre at Westfield London will not open in autumn 2026. Producers have pushed launch to 2027, blaming continuing planning permission delays with Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council. The venue is planned as a purpose-built auditorium in west London.
