Piers Morgan to Sue Earl Spencer Over Diana Memoir Claims

Piers Morgan says he will sue Earl Spencer and publisher Penguin Random House over Spencer's memoir, Swan Song: Diana, My Sister. He announced the plan on Piers Morgan Uncensored. The book alleges Morgan was behind publication of gym photos of Diana and describes his reaction to being uninvited from her funeral.
