Piers Morgan to Take Earl Spencer to Court Over Diana Book

Piers Morgan says he will take Earl Spencer and company Penguin Random House to court over claims about him in Spencer's book of memories, Swan Song: Diana, My Sister. He announced the plan on his show, Piers Morgan Uncensored. The book says Morgan was behind gym photos of Diana and describes his reaction to being uninvited from her funeral.
