Piers Morgan says he will sue Earl Spencer over Diana memoir claims

Piers Morgan said he will sue Earl Spencer and publisher Penguin Random House over claims about him in Swan Song: Diana, My Sister. He announced the intended action on Piers Morgan Uncensored. Spencer alleges Morgan was behind publication of gym photographs of Diana and describes his reaction to being uninvited from her funeral.
