China Expels Two Senior Generals From Party and Military

China has expelled top generals Zhang Youxia and Liu Zhenli from the Communist Party — China's ruling party — and the military, reports published Sept. 21 said. The reports cited disloyalty, corruption, failure to perform duties, and other serious violations.
