China Expels Two Top Generals From Party and Military

China expelled generals Zhang Youxia and Liu Zhenli from the Communist Party and the military, reporting published Sept. 21, 2026 said. Reports linked the expulsions to disloyalty, corruption, dereliction of duty and other serious violations. I see the breadth of charges as worth watching, since it leaves little room for a narrow political or professional reading.
