U.S. Weighs Broad Sanctions on the ICC Itself

The Trump administration is preparing to sanction the International Criminal Court as an institution, the Wall Street Journal reported. A decision could come during U.N. General Assembly week starting Sept. 21. The plan would ban most dealings with the court after a six-to-seven-month wind-down. The U.S. has already sanctioned over a dozen ICC judges and prosecutors.
