U.S. May Cut Off Business With the World Court

The Trump administration may punish the International Criminal Court itself, the Wall Street Journal reported. Punishment means blocking almost all business with the court — like cutting off its bank access — after a six-to-seven-month adjustment period. A decision could come during U.N. meeting week starting Sept. 21. The U.S. has already punished over a dozen court judges and prosecutors.
