Carney to introduce Building Canada Strong Act this fall

Prime Minister Mark Carney told Liberal MPs in Ottawa on Sept. 18 his government will table — formally introduce — the Building Canada Strong Act this fall. He called it the next phase of the push to speed up infrastructure and other projects. The news came ahead of Parliament's return Monday.
