Carney plans law to speed up building

Prime Minister Mark Carney told Liberal Members of Parliament in Ottawa on Sept. 18 his government will introduce the Building Canada Strong Act this fall. He says it is the next step to build infrastructure — large public works — and other projects faster. He spoke before Parliament returns Monday.
