Carney says Building Canada Strong Act coming this fall

Prime Minister Mark Carney told Liberal MPs in Ottawa on Sept. 18 his government will table the Building Canada Strong Act this fall. He called it the next phase of the drive to speed up infrastructure and other projects. The announcement came ahead of Parliament's return Monday.
