B.C. Conservatives say former director approved private investigator

Former executive director Elaine Allan approved hiring a private investigator, says B.C. Conservative lawyer Bruce Hallsor. Party president Mauro Francis hired Hallsor to examine the claims. Hallsor gave a first report but would not name the investigator or who was investigated. Allan has been removed from her job.
