Government plans to cut village repayment wait to nine months

The Government plans to cut the longest wait for retirement village repayments from 12 months to nine months, according to a leaked document obtained by RNZ. Associate Housing Minister Tama Potaka said older New Zealanders told him 12 months was still too long. The changes are expected next Parliamentary term.
