Plan to shorten wait for retirement village money back

The Government plans to cut the wait for money back after leaving a retirement village from 12 months to nine months, according to a leaked document obtained by RNZ. Associate Housing Minister Tama Potaka said older New Zealanders said 12 months was still too long. Changes are expected after the next election.
