Instinct and Muse Give AI Agents a Phone Voice

Instinct and Meta's Muse added phone calling on September 17, 2026. Instinct's Concierge, in early access, makes offline bookings, joins dentist waitlists and handles support calls. Muse will call U.S. businesses on request. Both already managed reservations and cancellations. The shift extends AI agents — software that acts for you — to phone tasks where direct software links are missing.
