AI Helpers Can Now Make Phone Calls for You

Instinct and Meta's Muse can now make phone calls as of September 17, 2026. Instinct's Concierge, now in early testing, makes bookings by phone, gets on dentist waiting lists and calls customer support. Muse will call American businesses if asked. Both already booked and cancelled reservations. It lets the helpers do phone chores websites cannot handle automatically.
