Instinct and Meta's Muse added phone-calling on September 17, 2026. Instinct's Concierge, in early access, handles offline bookings, dentist waitlists and support calls. Muse can call U.S. businesses for users who request it. Both already handled reservations and cancellations, extending agents to voice for tasks without clean APIs.
