ICE Agent Arrested Over January Shooting in Minneapolis

ICE agent Christian Castro was arrested in Minneapolis on Wednesday over the Jan. 14 shooting of Venezuelan national Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis. Agents from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension — the state’s lead investigative agency — took him into custody on an outstanding warrant for state assault charges. He was booked into Hennepin County Jail.
