ICE Agent Arrested in Minneapolis on Warrant for January Shooting

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent Christian Castro was arrested in Minneapolis on Wednesday and booked into Hennepin County Jail. Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension agents took him into custody on an outstanding warrant for state assault charges over the 14 January shooting of Venezuelan national Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis.
