Federal Immigration Agent Arrested Over January Shooting

Christian Castro, an agent with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the federal immigration agency, was arrested in Minneapolis on Wednesday. Minnesota's Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, state investigators, held him on an arrest warrant — a judge's order to detain — for assault charges in the Jan. 14 shooting of Venezuelan man Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis. He was booked into Hennepin County Jail.
