Israel and Morocco to Upgrade to Embassies, Exchange Ambassadors

Israel and Morocco will upgrade their diplomatic offices to full embassies and send ambassadors to each other's countries. Foreign ministers Gideon Saar and Nasser Bourita struck the deal in New York, announced Sept. 16 in a joint statement from the U.S. Mission to the U.N.
