Israel and Morocco Plan Embassies in Each Other's Countries

Israel and Morocco agreed to open embassies, permanent offices representing each country abroad, and post top envoys in each other's countries. Foreign ministers Gideon Saar and Nasser Bourita, each country's top diplomat, made the deal in New York, announced Sept. 16 in a shared statement from the U.S. office at the U.N. Opening them needs approval, staff, and buildings.
