Quebec court orders French-English voting cards for Oct. 5 vote

A Quebec Superior Court judge ordered Élections Québec to mail voter reminder cards in French and English for the Oct. 5 provincial election. The order pauses French-only mailing rules under Bill 96, Quebec’s French-language law, for this mailing. The cards list candidates and polling places and go out the week of Sept. 28.
