Quebec court orders bilingual voting reminder cards for Oct. 5 election

A Quebec Superior Court judge ordered Élections Québec to mail reminder cards in French and English for the Oct. 5 provincial vote, temporarily suspending French-only mailing rules under Bill 96. The cards list candidates and polling places and are due out the week of Sept. 28.
