U.S. Visa Limits on South Africa Are First Step

Ambassador to South Africa Leo Brent Bozell III said Washington's visa limits on South Africans are the first of tougher steps. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the rule Sept. 15 for people accused of supporting race-based discrimination or taking land without payment. The U.S. points to alleged discrimination against Afrikaners.
