U.S. Travel Block Is First Step

U.S. ambassador to South Africa Leo Brent Bozell III said blocking visas, or permission to enter, for South Africans is only the first punishment. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the rule Sept. 15 for people accused of unfair treatment by race or taking land without paying. The U.S. cites alleged bias against Afrikaners.
