
U.S. Envoy Says South Africa Visa Restrictions Are First of Further Measures
U.S. Ambassador to South Africa Leo Brent Bozell III said Washington's visa restrictions on South Africans are only the first step in escalatory measures. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the policy Sept. 15 for nationals accused of enabling race-based discrimination or land confiscation without compensation. The U.S. cites alleged discrimination against Afrikaners.
