Luxon apologises to Phillips children and mother after inquiry findings

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has apologised to the three Phillips children and their mother. It follows the public inquiry into almost four years isolated in the bush with their father Tom Phillips, who died in a police shootout in rural Waikato. Luxon said agencies mishandled some actions and missed opportunities.
