Prime Minister says sorry to Phillips children and mum after official review

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has said sorry to the three Phillips children and their mother. It follows an official review of almost four years isolated in the bush with their father Tom Phillips, who died when police shot him in rural Waikato. Luxon said government agencies made mistakes and missed chances.
