Luxon apologises to Phillips children and mother after inquiry

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has apologised to the three Phillips children and their mother. The apology follows the public inquiry into their almost four-year isolation in the bush with father Tom Phillips, who died in a police shootout in rural Waikato. Luxon said agencies had not handled some actions well and there were missed opportunities.
