Britain in talks to join Canada-led defence bank

Britain is in talks to join the Canadian-led Defence, Security and Resilience Bank, which offers long-term, low-cost loans for member defence projects. The bank has nine members, including Canada, Ukraine and Turkey. Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne will discuss it with Chancellor John Healey in London. Germany is also in talks.
