Britain may join Canada defence loan group

Britain is talking about joining the Defence, Security and Resilience Bank, a Canada-led group that lends money cheaply over long periods for defence work. It has nine countries, including Canada, Ukraine and Turkey. Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne will discuss membership with Britain's finance chief, John Healey, in London. Germany is talking about joining.
