New Order Keyboardist Gillian Gilbert Shares Cancer Diagnosis

Gillian Gilbert, keyboard player for the band New Order, said on Instagram on 15 September 2026 that she has cancer and is receiving treatment. She was responding to husband Stephen Morris's Rolling Stone interview mentioning a "pretty serious" health issue, confirming he is well and asking for privacy. She was successfully treated for breast cancer in 2007.
