UK Online Retailers Failing Legal Refund Rules, Which? Says

Leading UK online retailers are breaking the law on refunds for returned goods, consumer group Which? said in findings published 15 September 2026. In a June-July test, 12 shoppers bought more than 200 items from 17 retailers. UK rules require a refund within 14 days, including the cost of standard delivery.
