Are UK Online Shops Breaking Refund Rules?

Top UK online shops are not giving proper refunds for goods sent back, the shoppers' guide Which? says. In results shared 15 September 2026, 12 shoppers bought over 200 items from 17 shops in June-July. UK rules say shops must pay you back within 14 days, including the normal postage you paid.
